Does anyone use this service?

I am going to be using Paypal on my up and comming e-commerce site but I recently heard about Graph Card ([graphcard.com ]) and I want to hear from you guys wether it is any good, how secure it is, how good their customer service is and anything else you guys can tell me. Here's a comment I found on the site describing their services:

Well, I'd say skip it big time. Reason, gives no background information about the company, no toll free number, and their rates are nuts. Why should I give then .44 plus 5.4%? I am paying .30 plus 2.9% with paypal. There are nuts. No company would even consider this service.

I told you guys I have no affiliation with this service - mods, if you want me to delete this thread because you think I am promoting the service then I will.

All I want to know is if any of you guys are using this service - I didn't ask "what services you lot are using" because that's not what I want to know - I just would like to know who is using this service and if it is any good!

I'm sorry, I guess I got burned the first time someone posted Graphcard.

I actually went out and spent 30 minutes investigating this and reported back (thread was deleted!).

Basically, they don't tell you anything about their service and expect you to pony up a 50$ or so. No demos, no description of release times, nada.

All I can say is staaaay away. It looks worse than a scam, it looks like a payment gateway that will just end up being a poorly supported buggy black hole for all your revenue.

Ok, and to boot, the websites not even working.

Thanks for the help guys - I guess I will stay far away from this company - it looked a bit like a con when I first saw it but I thought maybe someone on here would have had some experience with it. Guess not!

I was looking for a way for our international subscribers to pay on our site. Graphcard seems like the best option.
Their rate 5.4% is higher than paypal, but still lower than 2checkout 5.5% and many others charging upto 10% of your hard earned income
Depending on your services, and whether or not you take orders from international, they allow you to accept payment from many countries without worrying about credit card fraud issues.
I use paypal but added graphcard 2 weeks ago.Easy integration I must say. I agree, they need more information about their services especially how the whole thing works.
Just my opinion
