Linking Paypal's IPN to Quickpaypro

How to link Paypal to Quickpaypro

I recently joined Quickpaypro to set up an Affiliate program. Does anyone know how the Affiliate Id gets passed through the IPN? How does Quickpaypro read the purchasing parties cookie? Has anyone done this?
