Recommended Advertising Agencies?

Need some advice.

I want to hire an internet marketing agency who can create, launch and manage all aspects of the campaign. In other words, I want to totally outsource the responsibility of driving qualified buyers to my site to a reputable agency, so that i can focus on customer service and product development.

I've dug around overture and google and come up with a few hits, but they either exceed my current budget or do not appear trustworthy.

The website I am looking to promote is a retail mail-order website that deals mainly with consumer electronics.

Can anyone here recommend some total service agencies that do it all, and do it well? I'm open to all forms of advertising except spam and anything deceptive, like banner ads that look like Windows dialogs.

I'd prefer an agency that has many options because I want to build a brand in addition to driving sales. Any referrals are appreciated. If it is not appropriate to post the url, please message them to me privately.
