You need to find someone who can talk the lingo of consumer goods. It's an emotional purchase when it comes down to who they're going to buy from--the consumer doesn't understand the finer technical differences, even when extreme. It's just coffee and they want the best. Or fastest. Or cheapest. Or most stylish to impress their friends.
Don't forget a toll-free number. A lot of people just want to pick up the phone.
