Where to do the survey and advertise?

I am offering a free CRM service for e-commernce site

Hi all,

I have started a free CRM service(see my profile) for all e-commerce site, this will turn to be a must for all e-commerce site. Few companies are using it and are getting extra $ each second.

I want to do a survey concerning Live Help and also will like to advertise my Free CRM service. I will prefer a free ad campagin to see the potentials.

Please suggest me the path, where I can introduce my site to many in need.

CRM has no definition, anything related to customer relationship management. But generally the term CRM is used in macro concept. These days the buzz word in CRM(Customer Retention Management, if I am allowed) is personalization.

You probably didn't want to here this Aji, but there are a heap of English grammatical errors on your site - particularly in the demo slideshow area - and these are not conducive to giving confidence to prospective 'Western' customers - IMO.

Yeah I really apologize, thats a fact as we were more concern about the software(Phase one), phase two is website, phase 3 is infrastructure.

I am really bad at english(I wish it otherwise), but within few days our content writers will take over. The demos will be remade accoringly.

But May I know the response towards the concept of free Live Help and outsourcing, we will guarantee the quality, as our concern is quality service.Our marketing group in San Francisco is giving +ive responses. As of now I was looking for the final ad campaign.

The service will be free forever. I mean the software, hosting everything, you will have to pay only if you are outsourcing(but obvious).
