I'm looking to purchase some comleted websites and am having a hard time finding some for sale. If anybody knows of a site that I could look at, please let me know.

There's a good forum at JimWorld with sites for sale at reasonable prices. You could also post on the Commercial Exchange here in WebmasterWorld.com.
I've tried eBay before, but to be quite frank, it is full of dodgy, over-priced automated sites.

If you search for "business for sale", most of the top results include an internet/web based business for sale section. If you are looking to buy a complete business that is web-based there are quite a few listed, and none of the crappy pretend businesses you find on ebay.

sitepoint.com has a buy/sell sites section in their forums that is fairly active.
