International CVV

I called Cybersource and they told me that most countries support the Credit Card Verification System (3 number on back of card). Is this true?

Has anyone have experience taking/using the CVV number on an international order? Thank you for your help.

I don't know any CC without CVV. I wouldn't worry. Maybe it's not common in some country, but I doubt that they do have internet there...
