Hello to all

Do you know of a solution that will produce reports to replenish inventory for each vendor?

Thank you

Yep, check out OSCommerce.com
You can add products and specify their quantity. This system will even eMail you to tell you when you are running low in stock. There are many contributions for extra functionality so this system can do practically whatver you want and... it's all FREE! Woohoo!

hope this helps,

I use QuickBooks for inventory control. It has reports that tell me what to order and keeps track of open POs for new stock.

I've also written a little wedge that imports orders from our web database into QuickBooks so I don't have to re-type anything. I've been thinking of automating the inventory ordering process as well - it wouldn't be too hard to generate the report and rip through all the items, automatically adding the "appropriate" ones to a new PO.

Note that you have to use the "premier" version of QuickBooks to get the ability to integrate with external applications.
