Losing customers because 2checkout is too slow?

Anyone think they get abandonments because 2checkout is too slow somtimes?

Well if not, we're certainly losing them right now.. sigh. Hopefully my customers are in a paypal mood today.

The problem with using 2CheckOut is that the 'View Cart' page is on a secure server, which is lots slower than a standard server. They don't need to keep those details secure, as that page only displays what's in the cart and nothing else. I know PaySystems do it differently, as do most of the others I think ....

Yeah. 2checkout has been down all PST morning.

Backup, but it looks like they removed our header/footers. Or at least they are, as of 12:51 PM PST Saturday.

And it's not just me, caused I verified to make sure on your site as well, Andy. ;)

I just signed up this month., haven't had a withdrawl yet. .. you're making me nervous.

What sort of problems? Are you having problems with fraudelent transaction or do they not believe you are who you say you are?

Every transaction with them seems to be fraudelent..

No thats the odd thing - ive had zero chargebacks with 2co. Its just that Ive had NO money from them.

Received their cashpoint card to withdraw money - doesnt validate so I cant use it - the have no live phone peolpe but you have to leave a message.

I intend to write to them asking why and then move on to legal action if I get no answers. Im sure they are fine its may just be me.
