PayPal's subscription & IPN services

Instantly receiving password upon payment.

I am considering using PayPal's subscription & IPN services. I would like my customer to instantly receive password upon payment. Has any one had good luck with this? If so, how difficult is it to set up? (I have a working knowledge of HTML & VB).
