Anyone using Bigstep.com?

Builder.com is recommending them but what is the real scoop?

This seems to be a very reasonably-priced service for getting shopping card and credit card processing. Does anyone have experience of any kind with them?

I just walked through their website and read much of their promo material. Granted there isn't alot there. They must be fairly new?

Their sites are beautiful, considering that they are template sites, and the price is right. But keep in mind that only the main index page is static HTML, all the rest have special characters in the URL which could affect search engine indexing.

I did speak to someone the other day who has a site there, and she said she gets good traffic. If it were me I would go with static HTML pages for displaying products (except for secure shopping cart), as well as the capability of using subdirectories (which has worked well for me)or use a domain name instead of the Bigstep subdomain so that you're free to move easily if the URL's become a search engine issue for you.

Correction to above post...I just looked at a site there and it seems you can have more than just the index page static HTML.
