Low Chargeback option?

Hello All,
I am looking at setting up a new website (currently underway). It is a Dating Website.
I am looking for gateways. Paypal is not suitable for me, because my prospective customers can’t open paypal account in their country. How about 2checkout?

I think lots of my paid-members might be fraudsters. If it happens a lot, I will lose a lot. Because 2checkout will charge me following fees according to its policy:

“When an issuing bank sends a chargeback dispute, the bank also charges a research fee. This fee can range from $10 to $30 depending on the bank.”

“How much does check acceptance cost? If the check clears the bank you pay 5.5% and $0.45 per transaction.
If the check does not clear the bank you do not pay the 5.5% or the $0.45 transaction charge but you do pay the following fees.
Non-sufficient Funds — $5
Bad check (bad account number, account does not match buyers info, etc.) — $5”

Can you tell me what gateways are better for me in this situation?

If you are extremely worried about chargebacks. Worldpay will offer a guarrantee service against chargebacks. It costs an extra 20GBP per month plus 1% of your transaction charges.

Although our chargeback rate is now less than 0.3%, it is still worthwhile for us in terms of the time saved in checking each order.
