Apply a single change to a 50 page template

I have a web site with over 50 pages all generated by BCentral's Ecommerce Wizard. The previous webmaster's site design is not that good and I do not feel like re-writing HTML or doing any cutting and pasting in Frontpage.

Now, I can simply create a MySQL database and code some PHP to display the database records with my HTML, but those 50 pages contain over 750 products.

So, I would like to phase out Frontpage altogether, but before I do, does anyone know how to automate the change in Frontpage or do I need some external Javascript include files?

Couldn't you use Server Side Includes? More SE friendly than JS, and might be less work to implement
