Worldpay is unavailable at this moment. Looking at our records for failed orders, this has probably gone on for at least 3 hours.

I rang them and this was what they told me. There was an initial problem with some merchants getting error messages. In order to fix this problem, they had to bring down the payment gateway. They cannot give an expected time of when the problem will be fixed.

This seems to be becoming a regular event....

It seems to OK now. This outage lasted about 5 hours.

We lost 5 orders, we are going to contact these customers.

I think Worldpay was down for all merchant for ats least one hour, but more for some merhants.
