OK where is paypal?

Can not connect to paypal in the USA.. Anyone else having this problem..

I can get there. Try going to x.com that used to work for me in the past when they went down. Pay Pal goes down every once in a while. I have not used them recently but I remember a few years ago it went down all the time.
