I may have the name slighty wrong but Ibill offer a service where by they deal with all customer service related questions and provide a phone number to call.

Thats if you wish to give your card number over the phone as opposed to the 'theft ridden' web (?) All customner service options are open 24/7 for a charge of 15 % of gross sales.

Now that may seem high but I spend several hours aday answering dum questions from customers like 'I know it says delivery is 3 weeks + but its been two weeks now and I wondered how my order was doing', so it may not be that expensive in the long run.

Anyone here use?

I personally wouldn't choose IBill for payment processing. The 15% is definetely too much to ask. The reason their fee is so high is because they do processing for many high risk accounts, such as adult sites. Therefore, chargebacks from these companies cost a lot of money which you are indirectly paying for as well. Their are lots of companies out there who provide the same and even better service and their rates are usually between 6%-10%.
