MyPaySystems has been promising to refund my $49 sign up fee for quite a while now and recently sent me an email saying to wait until January 15th to get the refund and when I asked why they replied that the money has to go through so many banks that it takes that long. Funny, I charged it on November 14, 2003, and January 15 will put it at exactly two months from the date of the charge. I was just talking to someone at Visa about this and you can dispute a charge up to two months from the date of the charge. So after January 15th I can no longer file a dispute and will be out the $49. Sorry, MyPaysystems, you won't be able to keep my $49!
