Many of you will have a PayPal account.

If you have a normal account and you try to remove the credit card from your profile, will your accout be revert back to the limited account (limited sending limit and withdraw limit)?

I believe the correct term is Paypal Personal Account. You can go to Paypal, click on Help, and all the limits of a Personal account are mentioned. As a seller, you can not include the credit card logos if you decide to revert back to Personal Account status.

Oh, what I mean is when we sign up without including a credit card for my presonal account(for verificaition), I will have a limitation on my sending limit and withdraw limit.

The sending limit is $250 total. And the windraw limit is $500/month. If I add a credit card, then I don't have these limits.

Question, if those of you who have an active account, will it be revert back to the limited account, like mine, if you remove the credit card from the profile.

Or, do they allow you to remove it? I am looking for my foreign Aunt to setup a PayPal account for me but she is worried about the security.

If she's worried about it, I wouldn't do it. You're just asking for trouble and risking a good relationship with your aunt over finances.

All I need is an activated account without limit. I have a few credit cards myself but I can use them because it is not issued by their 'accepted' countries.

I am looking for a solution.

You might want to look into Ikobo if your location is not on the Paypal approved list of countries.
