Can someone tell me what this site is doing?

I am baffled as to what this site is trying.

Take a look at this site nad see all of the stores and coupon sites they belong to. Is this legitimate and is there a company that does this for you?

Absolutely!

You would need to make coupons available to your customers and then make them known to the coupon sites.

We started giving our customers coupons for signing up for our email. I was surprised when suddenly one of the codes appeared on a coupon site.

I tested giving them their own code (disguised as a helpful customer) and it did bring in a few new customers a month. Now I always make sure they have a code. It doesn't hurt and it's free.
