Hi All,

I've been reading with great interest about the Christmas rush and hope I'll experience this soon. My site is positioned well going into my second Christmas. I was wondering about existing customers. Do any of you give something special at this time of year? I was thinking of basing it on a percentage of what they spent in the previous year. A gift certificate or percentage off future purchases of something similiar. Do any of you do this or do you have other suggestions?

Thanks!

We create a flash card and send the customers a link to it saying with some sort of holiday greeting and an invite to view our virtual holiday card.

Our customers pay less than $60 per order on average. If you have high end customers (Like they spend a few hundred or thousand per order), I would reccomend a more tangible gift.

Candy or nuts.

We only send them to accounts that spend more than $10K.

As hannamyluv mentioned, it really depends on how much your customer spends on the order. We typically drop in a $5 (our cost) item in orders over $200 and for repeat customers.
