Ghost offices in countries where customers comming from helps?

Our site and it's services are based in the USA, but we get a significant amount of orders from UK and Australia.

We are thinking of opening virtual offices in UK, and Australia.

Does anybody have recommendations about good virtual office service providers?

Also, any tips, suggestions, success stories about having virtual offices around the world will be greatly appreciated.

All we need is a UK postal address and a UK phone line that forwards calls to our USA office phone.
