I need the Category tree in my MIVA setup, but I wish to make the column smaller so it is not so wide. Can anyone tell me which script I can go into and just change the width of that bloody column? How difficult can it be ... I just don't know where to look to do it. MIVA support said it can't be done but that is crazy, I don't believe that!
Any help is greatly appreciated!

There is a third party module that will allow you more control over the layout. Try santafemall.com, DisplayWizardPro. Be sure to get the correct module version for your installation of Merchant.
Once you install it, you can tweak some of the overall layout elements. They show screenshots of the items you can change. Hope this helps.

Isn't there anyway I can just manipulate the existing code without having to purchase a third party software? It's just a table column width setting ... *screams*
