Bolt-on, Discount Pricing, Inexpensive Cart?

Is it possible? Does it exist?

I'm looking for a cart that I can easily integrate into existing site ala PayPal or Mals BUT, I need it to be able to apply discounts *across products* or categories. In addition, most of my client sites sell a handful of products and they won't want to pay hundreds of dollars.

King Cart came close with *one* discount pricing on the order total like "buy 5+ and get 20% off" but I have a few clients who want to have multiple price breaks across products in a category.

Anyone know of a bolt-on with cross product discounts that does not cost an arm and a leg?

I did look at 2Checkout but I think some clients may balk at the 5.5% + .45 cents per order. Any other choices?

THANKS!

Take a look at your virtual store. Its pretty flexible on discount structures, in fact the only one that let me set up distributor, wholesale and retail the way I wanted it, as well as quantity discounts etc. Runs on Windows and abt $350 tho.
You can just make up a link on your existing pages to add to the cart.
I looked at lots of carts, this was the only one that did exactly what I wanted off the shelf.

Hi

I know Ecommerce Templates allows for discounting across products and categories - a search on Google should bring them up.

Cheers
