I hope its the proper forum

I need a mailing list manager that meets the following requirements:

- unlimited mailing lists and subscribers
- +100k subscribers support
- email confirmation by clicking link or replying the mail
- import/export subscribers
- message archive
- bounce email deletion
- scheduled sending,
- php and mysql support
- gathering info about subscriber would be great
- free or commercial

I hope you know such software, thanks for any help.

Not sure if you will find something for php/mysql, but Lyris ListManager is known to be one of the best commercial apps, and works with postgreSQL which can be used with PHP just like mySQL.

I think the competing application to LyrisListmanager is called LISTSERV.

Hope that helps.

Yep I looked into lyris and I disliked it from the beginning because of Postgres which I dont have installed on my server. Do you know any other software like that? I would really like to look through some List managers but there are tons of them and I want to test the best ones only.

The budget is unknown, it depends on what's the best product for me, I am used to work with the best software. It will be used for many of my wesbites

Set it and forget it - this is a great piece of work.

why not just custom build one with a programming company?

[search.yahoo.com...]

At least w/ a custom you get what you want versus settling.

The only Mojomail exploit I've ever seen is:

securitytracker.com/alerts/2002/Dec/1005749.html

That was some version before I ever started using it - as a web app, all the standard precautions you'd take with files apply...

This takes time, I could also create one on my own but I need that ASAP.

Do you have any suggestions about commercial mailing managers?

Not exactly sure what you are looking for, but Constant Contact [roving.com] is a totally outsourced solution that may be suitable for you.

5StarAffiliates

Not sure if this one has everything you need, but think it does. Intellicontactpro.com is a new outsourced ASP and much lower cost than any of the others. I just started using it for my affiliate newsletters and it seems to work fine.

FYI one important thing to check out before you go with an ASP is to see if they are on any black lists. Many of the bigger and most popular mailing solutions are. That's part of why I chose Intelli, since they are new, they aren't on any lists, so I can be sure my newsletters will get through.

One easy way to check is to go to google groups and enter the mail server URL. If it comes back with a bunch of SPAM reports you could have trouble. Another way to check is with samspade.org blackhole checker.
