Where can we get a contract form to buy a domain name?

Looking for website with sample agreement

Buying a rather expensive domain name from a company in Canada. Bought names before but the site from where we used to get contracts to make the purchases is no longer around.

Any other (free) sites anybody knows of from where we can get an agreement form?

Can't you use the one's you used before, just change the names etc.
