It looks like a mirror for another site. I'd say it's worth the cost of registering a domain.

I'm not sure if we do domain name evaluations here? There are a few sites out there that do evaluations for a small fee. To be honest I think that any domain is worth what someone is willing to pay for it and not a penny more. Someone in the "jobs" industry may find that particular domain valuable while someone like myself feels as though it is only worth the cost of registering a domain.
