Beat snapnames and expirefish

Does anyone know how to beat them?

I have programmers that can do very amazing things, but I have no idea what to have them do in order to catch dropped names.

This stems from not knowing the real deletion cycle.

1. When does a domain name really become available for registration?
2. What determines which registrar gets the domain if snapnames and expirefish both are fighting for it? geography? payoffs/kickbacks? random variables? A greater registrars determination?
3. What happens if I just continue to slam my domain registrar with registration requests?
4. What does snapnames do to see when a domain will finally become available? Where do they look? Do they look, or just keep trying to reg to some greater database.

If anyone has any ideas here, I would really really really love to hear them. Thank you very much for your time.

Hi IMM,

There was a similar discussion recently [webmasterworld.com] which may be of some help until some of the experts come along.
