you must register with a 3rd party that will hire or buy the domain for you and take it on their name. These 3rd parties mostly have certificates and conditions that they don't steal your domain etc etc.
i would like to name the company i'm talking about, but i don't know if it's allowed, let me know and i'll leave the company name behind
