Many have registered their domains through Network Solutions (Verisign) , Although the expiry of this domains is over , verisign it keeping it on hold , some of them as long as for 2 yrs now ( domains expired in 2000 ). Who is paying ICANN for this domains ?. Verisign ?. or its all free .. if its free ?? Why wont verisign keep all domains registered on hold when they expire and charge clients to keep it for themselves ???
