A loooong time ago my gf, who became my wife, asked, with a smile, "Do you want to play squirrel?" Unaware of how the game was play I said "Sure". What happened next you'll have to imagine . . unless you, too, were on the receiving end of the seemingly harmless solicitation to play a game of squirrel.
I don't have a crystal ball but I suspect, when this gambit is played out, Squirrels LLC isn't going home with a domain in their bag . . absent daftness by an arbitator. Once that is done I wouldn't mind reading how the holder of Squirrels.com decided to play a game of squirrel, in a court of competent jurisdiction, with Squirrel, LLC.
So, anyone have any thoughts they want to share? A pun or two about WIPO or Squirrels, LLC?
