About five years ago I sold a .co.uk domain name, in the last few months I have started getting emails from people about the domain, seems the domain is being used as a web directory, these people are asking for site removal, other asking why site they have paid for are not being listed, the domain had registrant type UK individual so the whois is blocked, but my name is shown on the top of the whois information page for the whole world to see, and somehow people are finding my email address from searching my name to find my other sites, I don't have any web directories, yet they are contacting barbecue there is no other way of contacting the real webmaster of the domain.

I contacted Nominet but they don't seem to care, saying there is nothing I can do if that user wishing to keep on using my name, yet its ok for them to let this person making look bad becuase they won't remove my name [First Second Last] from the who.is, there must be something I can do to have it removed?
