Need Help! My domain name get lost.

I hope somebody here can help or give advice on my problem.

The problem is that we registered the domain names at one registra. But now we can not manage our domain name through their site. I e-mailed them to manage it but they informed me that they were also unable to manage our domain names. How can we do to resolve this problem?
I am afraid that our domain name will get lost.

P.S. I tried to transfer the domain names to other registra, but can not.

Which one was it? You may need to check you are sending the request to transfer from the correct email address (those in their records for, billing, technical or admin)

If all else fails phone them up, may take a long time (and cost a lot if you don't live in the US) but in my experience the registrars helpline can usually help if all else fails..

Also see if they use an other registrant, send me an stickymail with the url and i will take a look.
