I like my .asia domains too. But I think I paid a lot for one of them.
In regards to .tel, I printed out business cards using my name + .tel otherwise I haven't used other names at all. I was more disappointed in paying 35 dollars per year for the .tel's otherwise they are ok.

.so seems like a waste.

I have 4 left for brand protection, even though I have .mobis linked on my bigger sites and one of them even ranks well in the regular SERPs, hardly anyone seems to use them...I get more goole.com/m/ visitors to my normal sites than .mobi.
