The investigative arm of the Homeland Security Department appears to be shutting down websites that facilitate copyright infringement.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has seized dozens of domain names over the past few days...

This should get a lot of blood boiling.

Why they can shut down a domain for a torrent site but not cut of wikileaks? What kind of a JOKE is that?

Yes, they can. But, for that kind of work, they use dirtier methods. Wikileaks is down at the moment, it looks like it's experiencing a DDoS atack, so much for the freedom of speech and a glorious day for journalism.

Hasn't anyone noticed that all authority is moving to the Executive branch intstead of the Judicial?
