Domain Renewal -- The business that registered for me is Closed

Closed domain registrar and my domain for renewal now

Hello,
My friend registered a top level domain, .com, .net and .org for her business last year from a company called Infosapp in Accra, Ghana.
Whe they registered the domain for her, the company Infosapp kept themselves as Technical and Administrative contacts.

Now the domain is up for renewal and there is no way for us to reach out to Infosapp to get it renewed.

The registrar these domains are with is with misk.com.

I did reach out to misk.com email support and they said they cannot help as the administrative contact is not us in the records.

People, I dont have much time and please advise on the best way I could get it renewed and also update the contact information.

Narend do you control the DNS on the domain? From the read it looks like the only way your gonna get this domain is through an auction as I can't see a way for you to gain control without being able to get an email.

Business is closed not much else you can do that I can think of.

In that case, knowing the expiry date, is there a way to exactly tell what date it will be released to open market/ and or auction?

I can sit couple of hours on that day.

Narend backorder it namejet or another backorder service. It usually takes about a month before it is released after the domain has expired and if you don't have control of the dns is will revert to the registers and they usually throw up so parked domain pages with ads on them so this isn't going to do your rankings a bit of good.

Would the registrar accept a payment from you to renew the domain and keep it live to give you more time to solve this?
