4 letter .com's are great in general. You may want to search sites such as Sedo.com to get a better estimate of what price domains are going for.
I dont know if the word means anything in any language but when you Google <the 4 letters> the search result only shows ~17-18K results which is not a lot so I dont think the name is worth a lot however, it all depends how much it is worth to you.
Also, the pronunciation and the spelling isnt that great either. You might want to consider that as well before you give a high offer.

I am looking this from an investment point view. so thats the reason I am little unsure about its worth.
I know the the four letter domain means 'seasons' in Hindi.
Realistically then it is unlikely to have a lot of value outside of India, Hindi-speaking communities and Google.co.in but, of course, it would rank in Google.com.
The question has to be who searches for this "word/phrase" since there are not many results (in Google.com have you checked Google.co.in) however I would have thought that such a 4 letter Hindi name could be a great name for a travel site or hotel group amongst other possibilities.
It's worth what anyone is prepared to pay for it but if it is that "unknown" even a few hundred Dollars may be far too much.
