First large scale promotion I've seen of the TLD

I was driving down the freeway through the most congested area of the city in which I live and spotted a billboard that caught my attention. It was for a prominent local hospital and was a white background with a URL in large black letters. Nothing else. The URL was:

www.hospitalname.jobs

This is first large-scale, commercial use of the .jobs TLD that I have come across. My initial thought was that a whole bunch of people were going to be very confused. However, if implemented correctly this could be very effective. I actually applaud this marketing team for its ingenuity. Just make sure you redirect .com/jobs and you've probably caught 90% of the mis-keys. (I checked, and in this case they didn't, the .com/jobs URL returns a page not found.)

Do you think this is a wise decision? If you were asked to implement a .jobs site, what else would you do to minimize confusion?

I'd probably want to buy hospitalnamejobs.com too
