Anyone having problems with Registerfly?

I was just wondering if anyone else has suddenly had this problem with registerfly....

All of a sudden, domains I had already renewed months ago are showing up as NOT renewed! As if they reset the database to some old database.

I sent them a xls listing showing the proper dates from 2006 06 14, and they do NOT match what they now have in their database. Now Im spending hours going through domain orders and recontacting support to straighten things out across hundreds of domains. How can you trust a domain registar when they do this?

you can't...I would transfer out what you have and move on. I have heard about many other problems.

I'm currently on hold with them, fourth call in as many days, they let ten domains expire which their control panel said had been renewed.
If they were offering free domans right now I'd turn them down - their just not worth the hassle. Going to move them as soon as the problems are sorted.
