This .co.uk domain was registered by a UK ISP back in 2000 for 10 years. On nominet it has no nameservers, no registrar, status is registered until renewal date and the registrant is the company thats no longer trading.

How can I get hold of it ?

Thanks.

You'll need to contact the liquidator/administrator of the company. If you don't know who that is, search the Companies House website or phone them up. (I believe the website can be up to one month out of date.)

The domain name (and possibly the website) are company assets that can sold but, so far as I am aware, there is no other way you can acquire them.

Be aware that liquidators are legally obliged to get fair prices this often means goods are auctioned. Also, new companies often reappear with the same management and a slightly different name. In this case, whether legal or not, desirable assets usually find their way to the new company - that's just a fact of life with small businesses in the UK.
