Is BZ the Brazillian extension? If so, is your business Brazillian?

That should be the main question here. If your business is not located or targeted for a Brazillian (or whatever country) then stick with a dot com. Preferably without a hyphen.

So the answer may be neither! ;-)

Not sure how high value any .bz domain would be. Think I'd stick with the dot com.

i have 2 such cases and the keywords are (1) lawyers (2) airlines and i tend to think you are right. I tried to give taxes.bz away and didn't find a taker :)
