Automatic appraisal estimated my domains a REG fee

An automatic appraisal service calculated the price of my two .Me domains as a REG fee? Why is the price so low?

The .me ccTLD is relatively new and has no real track record for sales apart from a few high value keyword/domain hack ones. Perhaps the relative lack of data compared to .com or other established TLDs is the reason for the low evaluation. Then again the domains may only be worth regfee. :)
