Domain service co.cc's primary and secondary name servers are not responding, I have checked from a few country's.
Can anyone add any meaningful information to this issue?

It appears the root/registrar site is operational.
Status of system/hardware issues such as this seem to beg for direct contact, via phone, web contact form, etc.
Did you try that route?
Guess this argues for DNS redundancy, eh? ;)
