Accurate fact based public awareness and education campaigns are a vital component of a responsible society, i.e., a society that says "we're all in this together" versus a society that talks about "individual responsibility" but what it really means is "my responsibility ends with me, you're on your own pal". Looks nice but it needs to be heavily promoted to the vast body of non-techie domain owners out there. Considering the target demographic a strong reminder that domain registration isn't the same thing as a hosting contract would be a good idea.
