I am fairly new to this but I have probably 20+ domains forwarded to my main URL, does this hurt my page rank? In the beginning I didn't think about it just wanted anyone trying to find me to be able to.

As long as they're 301 redirected then you should be good. If you don't know what that means then search on that and you'll learn all about it. If the sites show up as 20 domains with identical content then that's not good.
