Forgive me if I say anything dumb, I'm not quite sure how this works. I have a website, example.com, on a shared server that needs to be directed to my dedicated server.

Website Name: Example.com

Current Host: HostA.com
Nameservers: ns1.HostA.com, ns2.HostA.com

Needed Host: HostB.com
Nameservers: ns1.HostB.com, ns2.HostB.com

On the current host, do I change the nameservers to be the same as the nameservers on the needed host? Is there anything else I would need to do? I would like to be able to type in example.com and have all traffic on the HostB server.

I'll give a more detailed explanation of what I'm doing and have done this time around.

GoDaddy has my website Example.com. I have one IP on my dedicated server, 207.xx.xx.xx that holds my files. I asked my dedicated server for more IP's and I got 63.xx.xx.12 and 63.xx.xx.13. I then went to Godaddy and changed the nameservers and registered them to:

ns1.Example.com IP: 63.xx.xx.12
ns2.Example.com IP: 63.xx.xx.13

On my dedicated server with Direct Admin, I then added the domain name Example.com with the IP 207.xx.xx.xx and created two nameservers with the same atributes that I have on GoDaddy. However, this doesn't work and typing in Example.com just breaks the browser right now. Anybody here know how to do this?
