I like to consider myself a "dabbler" in the domain name space. I've acquired quite a portfolio over the years. Now, if I can only get rid of them! ;)

One area that I've been focusing on are Phonetic Domains. Wow, what a gold mine that area is. And, the branding of Phonetic Domains can be rather fun depending on the target market.

Within the Phonetic Domains niche are those that take single letters and double them. Digg would be a prime example. And there are many others coming onto the scene. Anyone know what the exact nomenclature for that would be? When you take a single letter and double it? Are we still talking phonetics here?

Got any Phonetic Domains in your portfolio?

I'm still not too certain on the phonetics of Cuill.

I have some phonetic domains - the real difficulty is how to get rid of them and get a reasonable price.

They are easy to pick up but really aren't great on type in traffic and are quite difficult to sell in my experience.
