Making an offer on domain name

Are prices the same across all arbitraging sites?

When you check on a domain name on Sedo for example, and it shows a minimum bid of $500, is it possible that different base price would show up on other domain buy/sell portals? The particular domain is not in any bidding process.

If you read the post from MiniAlex in this earlier thread [webmasterworld.com], you'll see (just) one example of different prices.
