I am trying to set a sale price for a domain name. The domain name is a .com with a specific surname. It just happens to be the same surname as the interested company. I have read several posts describing how to estimate the value of a particular domain based on popularity and search engine stats, but I'm trying to figure out what I should ask for this domain to a motivated party with a specific need for this specific surname. Obviously I would like to get the best price, I just need some ballpark value to know where to start. Any advice would be appreciated.
