What are the laws on protecting domain names on the internet.
For example you have a trademark protecting www.example .co.uk (made up site I think :) )
Many sites offer trademark protection services - are these worth it? Are there any free programs to monitor website reguistrations?
Also, what if someone registers www.example.com in the US - is the trademark protected?
