I have recently registered a domain and later found that it is previously banned from Google Index by doing some research on web.

Can you please tell me how can I include that domain in Google index again?

Should I inform google of the new ownership of the domain?

I believe the general advice is to build something of unique value at the URL before seeking forgiveness of past sins.

You are in a "show me" situation. Don't ask for forgiveness before showing the domain has been rehabilitated and redeemed.

I guess this resolves the issue of whether redemption comes from good works or . . . well, at least as far as G is concerned.

Hi webwork,

That is not my domain. I accidentally registered it and put up a website. I checked google for 2 months and it is not getting into the index. I thought it is a fresh domain. Then I searched for "domain.com" in google and found many directory links to it. It is online since 2000 at archive.org. Later I found that is banned by google. I was #*$!ed up.
